As our President/Founder Ariel Rojas says, we bring a new social meaning to culture and tradition. Our professional practice is substantiated in the process of cultural proficiency. Our programs reflect the intricacies of the many possible connections between the client's culture and the administered intervention. Transdiaspora Network's multi-systemic framework articulates a cross-cultural and local perspective that encourages at-risk transdiasporic youth to be part of turning-point solutions. We want to influence their informal network, which help us to move forward youth-led projects communicating culture, mentorship and creating a community of practices.
